There are many reasons why a property will not sell, but most of the time it is cosmetic - too cluttered, too personal or just tired and in need of updating. Working predominantly with what you already have, the home staging service will maximise your home’s potential by simplifying it’s design so that it will appeal to a wider market.
The Abode design team have been responsible for many of the successful house sales featured on Channel 4’s 'Selling Houses' and have worked closely with the House Doctor Ann Maurice. When home staging, they therefore understand exactly what needs to be done quickly and inexpensively in order to secure a sale.
As with the interior design services, this can be carried out as either a consultation/report or a complete home staging service.
Home Staging Service 1 – the consultancy service.
We will put together a design and provide a report outlining what needs to be done in each room. We will make suggestions on what materials, such as paint and carpet etc, should be used and where they can be sourced.

Home Staging Service 2 - the full design service.
This includes the initial consultancy service (home staging service 1), plus we will order all your paints, flooring and furnishings. We will carry out the decoration work, using our team of reliable and recommended workmen, ensuring that the work is completed efficiently and professionally.
